I (or my child/ward) will participate at my own discretion, avoiding movements that feel unsafe. I waive and release TRP Inc., it's faculty, board of directors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize TRP Inc. to seek necessary care. I understand I’m responsible for any resulting costs.
